Covid-19 Customer Policy

The health and wellbeing of our clients has always been our top priority at Pampered Look.

In light of current circumstances, we would ask you to take a moment and ask yourself the following questions, prior to booking your appointment:
  1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19, or been in contact with someone who has, in the past 14 days?
  2. Have you been tested for COVID-19 and are currently awaiting the test results?
  3. Are you or your immediate contacts in a high-risk category?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above, we ask you to decline from booking, but instead to reschedule to a later date. Extra measures we are taking…
  1. you will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands before treatment.
  2. respect social distancing.
  3. respect our policy of ‘no mask, no treatment’. We advise you to bring your own mask.
  4. practice good cough/sneeze etiquette.
